Cathodic Protection
Cathodic Protection design against corrosion by impressed current and/or sacrificial anode for buried metallic structure and or submerged onshore and offshore, pipe integrity evaluation, soil corrosion studies, installation of CP systems, ECDA, CIPS, coating inspection by using the DCVG technique, PCM (Piping Current Mapping), fabrication, maintenance, and refractors repairs.
Integrity
Pipes, pressure vessels, and tanks integrity studies, RBI, FFS. CTG allied support API Institute.
Inspection
Pressure vessel built under international standards, boilers, storage tanks, heat exchangers, furnace, process piping, reactors, destilers columns and generators, internal and external corrosion readings, special static equipment and rotary equipment.
Testing
Technique applied: Penetrant liquids, field metalgraph, magnetics particles, thickness measurements by ultrasound, guided wave, phased array, borescope, Scan ABC, Eddy Current, Hardness Test, digital radiography, magnetic thermographic, Pulsed Eddy Current (PEC), MFL / LEFT and acoustic emision.
