COOLING WATER

The purpose of Cooling Water Systems is to transfer heat from one substance to another.

Normally, the Cooling Water Systems are open to the atmosphere at the tower. As the water recirculate in the Cooling Tower, heat gained by the process is released by evaporation. The cooling water then returns to the heat exchangers to pick up more heat.

Normally, the Cooling Water System unattendent has a common water problems such as Scale, Fouling and Corrosion. These problems cause:

  • Loss of heat transfer
  • Reduced equipment life
  • Equipment failures
  • Lost production
  • Lost profits
  • Increased maintenance costs
  • Plant shutdown

It is possible to select the correct Cooling Water program treatment to providing optimum operating conditions for the heat exchangers. We offer a technical evaluations which these comprise:Mechanical, Operational and Chemical evaluations onsite.
